Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of ai_stp, a free, non-commercial, open-source service for discovering, publishing, and installing AI harness configurations.

The service is operated from Kazakhstan by ai-engineers-guild, identified by its public GitHub organization (the Operator). Contact: [admin@aiguild.space](mailto:admin@aiguild.space).

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted this exact version of the Terms and that you are at least 18 years old.

Account and authentication

Authentication is provided through Google or GitHub. You must provide accurate account information, keep control of the provider account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from a failure attributable to the Operator.

The service may issue browser sessions and authorize CLI devices. You may revoke devices or stop using the service at any time.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

- distribute malware, credentials, secrets, or instructions primarily intended to compromise systems; - publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing material; - impersonate another person or misrepresent authority, origin, verification, compatibility, or security properties; - evade access controls, rate limits, moderation, or technical safeguards; - interfere with the service or use it to harm another person or system; - upload personal data, confidential material, or third-party content without a lawful right to do so.

User content

You retain rights in content you publish. You grant the Operator only the permission described in the Author Content and Licensing document. You are responsible for the content, license, provenance, and claims you submit.

Public catalog entries and third-party configurations are not endorsements. They may execute code, alter local files, or contact external systems. Review them and their permissions before installation.

Moderation and account action

The Operator may hide or remove content, revoke publication, restrict access, or suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or infrastructure, respond to a complaint, or comply with law. Where practical, the Operator will provide a reason and a way to contact the service.

Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided free of charge and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. No uptime, support, compatibility, preservation, or security review is promised. Open-source code may be self-hosted subject to its license, but the hosted service and its accounts are operated separately.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service and all user-supplied content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by installing or using third-party configurations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting [admin@aiguild.space](mailto:admin@aiguild.space). Ordinary access is revoked when deletion begins. Information may remain only where and for as long as necessary for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, backups, and enforcement, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without removing mandatory rights that apply to you under the law of your habitual residence. Disputes should first be raised at [admin@aiguild.space](mailto:admin@aiguild.space).

Versions

Each version is stored as a separate Markdown file in the public Git repository and is published by immutable revision. Material changes receive a new version. Where renewed acceptance is legally or operationally required, the account remains restricted until the new version is accepted.
