Consent to Personal Data Processing
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and completing registration, I freely, specifically, knowingly, and unambiguously consent to ai-engineers-guild, identified by its public GitHub organization and operating ai_stp from Kazakhstan (the Operator), processing my personal data as described below. Data
The consent covers:
- OAuth provider and stable provider identifier; - verified email address; - optional display name and avatar URL; - account, session, and device identifiers; - device type and label, user agent, and approximate city or country when available; - content, metadata, licenses, reports, complaints, access grants, and actions I submit through the service; - the legal-document revision, language, source, and time of this consent.
The source IP address is not stored as part of the consent record.
Processing and purposes
Processing may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access control, disclosure to processors, cross-border transfer, blocking, anonymization, and deletion. It is performed to create and authenticate my account, maintain sessions and devices, secure the service, attribute and provide requested content features, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and comply with law.
Recipients and transfers
Google or GitHub processes authentication data under its own rules. Hosting, storage, network, email, monitoring, backup, and support providers may process only the data needed to perform services for the Operator. Public content is visible to service users and may be indexed or redistributed according to its license. Authorities may receive data where disclosure is legally required.
Primary service data is intended to be stored in Kazakhstan. Authentication or other necessary providers may process data in other countries. I consent to such necessary cross-border processing, subject to the safeguards and limits in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Duration, withdrawal, and consequences
This consent applies from registration until I withdraw it or the relevant processing ends. Account data is otherwise retained as described in the Privacy Policy. I may withdraw consent or request deletion by writing from my account email to [admin@aiguild.space](mailto:admin@aiguild.space). Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or retention required by law.
Providing this consent is voluntary. Without processing the data required for authentication, security, and account operation, the Operator cannot create or continue the account and may close it. Optional public profile information may be omitted without losing basic account access.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read the Privacy Policy, and can save or open this exact version of the consent before agreeing.
