pi baseline

Setup
pi
v1.0

Description

A working floor: instructions, plus the one setting a floor needs here. The other six harnesses make their baseline a conservative permission rule; this product has none to write. Its own documentation says it "intentionally does not include built-in MCP, sub-agents, permission popups, plan mode, to-dos, or background bash" and ships no sandbox -- its tools run with the permissions of the process. So there is nothing to deny and nothing to ask about, and enableSkillCommands is written instead: it makes the skills a setup delivers invokable as commands. Described as "conservative settings" until 2026-08-29, which was the shape of the other six borrowed for a product that does not have it.
